Return Policy
At Luxe Aura Health & Beauty, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That's why we have a comprehensive return policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.
Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

It is important to request a return before sending the item back to us. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about the eligibility of your specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the desired item.
For customers in the European Union, there is an additional 14-day cooling off period. This means that you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without any justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned earlier apply to these returns.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
